Terms
These terms cover turnleftfares.com and the Turnleft Member subscription. Turnleft Fares is run by [owner’s full name], a sole trader in Australia (ABN [ABN]). By using the site or subscribing you agree to them.
What we do
We watch published premium-cabin airfares and point out ones priced well below normal. We are not a travel agent or an airline: we don’t sell tickets, and you book directly with the airline or agent you choose. Fares change and disappear quickly, often within hours, so we can’t promise that any fare we show or alert will still be available, or at the price shown. Prices are for one adult and Australian dollar amounts are approximate conversions.
Membership
- Turnleft Member costs A$19 a month or A$149 a year, in Australian dollars, including any GST. The price is shown before you pay.
- Founding members who join on the yearly plan while the offer lasts pay A$99 a year for as long as their subscription continues without a break.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time in two clicks from your account (Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If we change the price, we’ll tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. E-mail [contact e-mail] from the address on your account.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a failure is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the affected period.
Fair use
A membership is for one person. Please don’t share your account, resell our alerts, or scrape the site. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why.
Liability
Fare information comes from public sources and may be wrong or out of date. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses from relying on it, such as a fare that’s gone or changed by the time you book. Check the details with the seller before you pay.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; if a change matters to members we’ll e-mail you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [State], Australia. Questions: [contact e-mail].
